Agree for the most part. I think the cash is going into the Ruby, but with the delays and lack of production the conversions are catching up to NBRI in a big-bad-ugly way. Perry hasn't got a lot of wiggle room at this point, thus the increase in A/S. As you said, its a one man show as far as control goes. He can always blow out the 1.5 billion (or more) and at some point fill out an SEC form to hit the reset button R/S. IMO that's the most likely scenario unless we see significant production soon.
