Witness,

It's is all false hope to expect profits from a company that DOES NOT work for profits.

Let's be real here:

UBRG, in boom or busy economies, has never once even CAME CLOSE to a profit. NOT once!

I just fact checked this by pulling up dozens of Q's and K's.

Another FACT:

UBRG started with around 80 million shares. The MRQ showed nearly 3 billion O/S of the TOTAL 3 billion A/S.... And this O/S flies in the face of a buyback last year (fact is, they issued press releases claiming a buyback BUT NEVER ISSUED A PRESS RELEASE stating that they'd issued more shares in convertible than the BUYBACK which put the O/S into expansion, not reduction).

If you or I start a company... We can expect a year or two...maybe three or four or five years of "start-up blues".

BUT 10? Ten years of losses?

Now.... How in the world do we explain to ourselves that we are taking home +$680,000 per year in salaries between UBRG and REV@ while our startups lose money every quarter and every year and fall further into debt?

It's easy to explain...

We write ourselves, through an intermediary, debt. (Enter GEG, RAINCO).

Now... RAINCO (Nicole Singletary) wants their piece of the pie too...so they write debts against us as well.

Enter convertible notes.

We enter into agreements (agreements we engineered to suit us because we are the majority shareholders so we write the rules) with ourselves and intermediaries to issue debt against the stock, and cash that debt as we see fit.

Simple... You and I make our salaries and our intermediaries get their nut... And the only ones who get the shaft are faceless, nameless, shareholders.

My point?

UBRG/REV@ are NOT profit based. They'll never ever UPLIST or ever provide wealth (or even ROI) to shareholders because that's NOT what they are designed for. They are designed as SHARE CREATION machines which only provide ROI to convertible note holders (are you one? Because I am not).

This K will show revenue (but not the revenue expected BECAUSE the largest deal OCCURRED AFTER THE FY Ended) but it will show no profit...

Not even close!

Why? Because this is a share generation stock scam. A first in, first out, Ponzi based, stock dilution scam.

Can it be traded? Sure!

Buy the stock on high volume days (kinda like this morning) and sell the Press Release because UBRG forecasts a press release with higher than average volume BECAUSE they've told Convertible Note holders that news is coming.

So the CN holders convert... The stock price dips... And then... Like magic... A press release is issued... The volume surges... The converted note holders sell those converted shares and they make 100% or more.

I've called this stock for what it is for over a year now.

I've traded it based on what I described above and done well.

This stock is a scam and it only fools fools.

Let me illustrate my point...
The stock is trading at $0.0015 right now. Nearly 4 million in volume WHICH is vastly higher volume than in the recent past several days for the ENTIRE SESSION...

Somebody... Somewhere... Converted notes into shares...

Now why? Why the timing of the conversion?

Easy and simple answer:

A press release is coming and with those concerted notes, now represented as shares in hand, will be available to be sold into high volume after a press release.

Anticipating a press release I'll buy some UBRG today... And I'll sell into the Press Release whether it be today or in the next few days.

So?!? I'm a buyer... Just because I'm a buyer DOES NOT MEAN that I believe for a second that this stock is anything other than a penny stock scheme. A dilution based Ponzi scam and each time I've bought I'm hoping that I'm one of the first ones in...and you can bet your bottom dollar that I'll be the first one out with a pocket full of cash after the anticipated press release.

Know what you own. Don't fool yourself into thinking a duck is a goose.

Trade well.
