Well when dumping stock one doesnt want to dump too much too soon because the support is rather THIN on the Bid for what these dumpers have in stock. They often let it "breath" for a day or two before starting again as the clock is ticking and they certainly do not want to fight for volume when settlement shares are being dumped no matter what.
