Ok so the bid is the highest price someone is willing to pay for the shares and the ask is the lowest price someone is willing to sell. If you want your shares instantly you need to buy on the ask. If you bid sit at .0022 you may not get your entire order filled or any at all unless someone gets frustrated on the ask and settles for the bid price to let them go. Sometimes its always best to buy on the ask if you think the stock can move quickly and want the shares locked up for you.
This will sit around this price for the rest of the week IMO so if you bid sit you may be filled but it really doesnt matter, is .0001 that big of a difference to make sure you have all the shares you need?

Also, the numbers, if you hit the ask you could only get 230,100 at that price then it will bump up to .0024
