Collaboration versus partnership has been argued before on this board. I appreciate the explanation. However, certain expectations are made by the company when the CEO says they have the large amount of partnering interest, they hire someone specifically for partnering, and many months later all they come up with are dozens of collaborations. It just says red flag all over the place, does it not? Somehow Peregrine cannot get a BP to pull the trigger.

Is it not obvious that they could not get a partnership for the Phase III? Not trying to be a naysayer, things are just not adding up. That's why it would be so helpful if King just came out and made a statement to give us some more information. It doesn't have to be data. It doesn't have to be anything confidential. Just something to give shareholders some reassurance. Like geo said, just some more color about why these partnership deals are taking so long.
