Actually that's not what it is.


It rejected it because the amount you put up for sale is above the average volume for the specific stock so the costs are too high.


For example for one of the other stocks I'm in, I put my GTC order to .10 cents for estimated total proceeds of 20 million dollars lol, it rejected it because the stock I placed the GTC sell for had a volume relative to 0.
