the good word is.............the markman is here..... should be between 4-5 hours of testimony from both side............wddd needs only 1 claim to move to trial.........no problem....wddd will ask the judge at markman to set a trail date....because this is the longest open case on the court docket .....and if she does .....boom!.....won't see twenties again....atvi has made settlement offers....but way to low.... they do want to end this...... if markman is super successful for wddd....look for atvi to be aggressive with a settlement.....oh well time heals all.....
isn't the market a great institution!
