Is anyone concerned that PVCT will not accept the dollar offer in the MOU or has the dollar amount already been determined? I just don't have confidence that Dees et al with deal with reality and accept what the Chinese firm offers even if it's less than what PVCT management wants.

Is there a dollar offer on the table in an MOU and now PV-10 just has to live up to the expectations of the Chinese? What I'm trying to say is how does a MOU work?
