OTC Pink "Current" Information status
How does this work? Assuming it's not automated. Does OTC contact the company before downgrading?

If a company failed to post Q3 and Q4 fins and is in DTC global lock, status shouldn't be "Current"? Does OTC need to be notified or do they monitor this?
