SEC Files Complaint in Sham Oil Trading Company Case

Anutter flavor

BKEN an oil company since 03-Mar (well sort of) is going to be an oil facilitator for the Utah Uinta basin. Note PR was issued 11-Jun.

the Company's Board of Directors have started negotiating transactions with key players in the Uinta Basin to bring increased revenues to the company. Currently the company is working on a deal to bring two companies together in the sale of major oil assets and plans on retaining a portion of the profits. Bakken because of Non-Disclosers with the companies cannot disclose details of the deal until completed, as pricing is a part of the negotiation.

Surprise, can't disclose details.

Bakken Energy is currently acting as a facilitator in the Coal, Oil, and Leasing sectors. As a result of this the net revenues generated from this are expected to generate roughly Ten million, (10,000,000) annually to the bottom line of the company. Bakken's role includes, but is not limited to bringing both buyer and seller to the table for the above sectors, becoming either the buyer or seller, and lastly providing services for these entities. It is expected that this revenue will start impacting the bottom line within 60 days due to purchases and shipping timeline

I calculated BKEN would have to be the "facilitator" for the entire known Uinta basin oil production to hit $10M. Not bad for a company who overnight ditched their S. American gold mines, and became oil experts. Well, except for the part where the Bakken fields are not located in Utah. What's in a name?

It is expected that this revenue will start impacting the bottom line within 60 days due to purchases and shipping timelines.

Big rumors coming from their hired IR outfit that mid-October an "oil deal" will be announced. Guess that's close enuff to 60 days.
