Oh, it's a real PR alright. And many PRs are just buttwipe, if that.

As somebody said, CBIS is as fake as plastic. And so is IMCL. And did you notice Raymond Dabney is an officer of both companies?

You realize that Raymond Dabney is a convicted stock scammer?

And his companies give every indication nothing has changed?
