AVTC - big discrepancies on assets in March 31, 2014 Balance Sheet just filed with Otcmarkets

for March 31, 2014 shows $13.4 million in Total Assets

but

when you add up the assets it only totals $8.6 million

A very significant discrepancy equal to about 40% of total assets

Same with the Dec. 31, 2013 balance sheet
