Seems somewhat early for big news as 10K isn't out til mid month Oct..(Eco will file an extension this week to get themselves an additional 15 days to file YE report)...usually FLUFF news just prior to 10K release...in the meantime they usually dump what they can prior to the dismal reality of their financials!!
