Looks-like Darling-Capital, LLC. going-to-dump 69M shares, and still has $24,298.32 left to convert, which is at least 242M more shares not counting any possible discount at the time of conversion.

They will convert for under .0001 imo

They can't convert the $24,298.32 until they own under 9.99%... So they are going to dump shares!

Things are looking HORRIBLE for $RITE
