Yes, agreed, this is why I suggested if no pacer last night, a deal is in all probability completed.

A default judgement when the case is being dropped due to a settlement is moot as mentioned. Logic dictates one is done given your point, the fact they had an agreement in principal, and the lack of notice to the courts for extension.

All facts point to a settlement in my opinion.

I suspect we see a PR premarket monday, but I also suspect it will be immaterial.
