Other stocks do well. I don't think that that's any surprise. I'm not sure that there's any point in fantasizing about Sanofi taking an equity stack in Mannkind.

They have most of the profits (65%) of the drug for which they paid 150 million dollars.

I think the fact that stock price is down 1.29 in the last 30 days proves that:
1. Sanofi isn't buying
2. No one (except maybe you) believes they might buy
