Lisenby protected no investors. Lee felt that he had the law on his side and wanted to go to court, but Lisenby did not want to go to court. Why might that be? It was Lisenby, not Lee, that released the BS (e.g., PR from 10/4/10) to investors. Lisenby's PRs = Lisenby's responsible for the content in those PRs.

Also, it's funny how Lee is used as a the scapegoat for the Bioharp "project", yet Lee wasn't around for the BS during the DC "project". Since Lee wasn't around, is there anyone that can be blamed for the BS timelines that were released in the March 2013 PRs? Lisenby released those PRs, but perhaps the mailman can be blamed for adding bogus timelines for the land funding and land closing. If not the mailman, any thoughts on who can be used as the scapegoat so that Lisenby won't look bad for those bogus timelines that were spewed to investors in March 2013?
