Rooster, just a correction here. There wont be a RVS. I just met Roger here in Cologne and we are just talking about it. His idea is to make a FWS first. With this he will increase the amount of shares without changing the SP. After this a RVS will come to the same amount of shares as we are currently have with the difference, that the SP will be above a penny. I have explained him the steps whereas the timing factor is most important.
