More to the point, imagine being a publicly traded company (aka "CTTC") and having a "reputation of failure and fraud."

"...he has received over $2.65 Million from shareholders over the past 15 years" -- and you're just NOW noticing he was a crooked shyster? Tsk, tsk! We may have to take away your detective's badge.

"...took under the table payments from GEOMC too"??? For what? To benefit from NEVER getting paid what is owed them for the devices? Hardly seems reasonable! Besides, I don't see them issuing press releases complaining about Johnson anywhere.
