It isn't a lie, it's my ( & others' ) perception.
But anyway, I'll ( also ) re-phrase it as 'NEARLY nobody uses it'.
-> Because if there were many users, this 'company' would actually have SOME ( little ) real revenue instead of only selling shares & then the H U M O N G O U S 1 : 5 0. 0 0 0 REVERSE SPLIT ( for selling ( even ) more shares ).
