Austinvball,

You make stuff up as you write and are always talking about facts.

SNEY didn’t start dredging last December. They start dredging in April.

In his position as Country Director he was responsible for Security, Safety, Health, Environment, and Training and holds recognized qualifications, SITO, Security Industry Training Organization of which he is a Teacher of Teachers. Dredge was one of those responsible for the training of PAE staff prior to their relocation to Liberia from Sierra Leone. He is qualified to Train Instructors. RTITB, Road Transport Industrial Training Board of which he is an Instructor/Examiner on Industrial Mechanical Handling Equipment and able to deliver courses and provide training and issue recognized certificates. Dredge is a hands on Miner and is commonly known as "The Dredgemaster" and has been in and out of Sierra Leone and Liberia since 1974 and spent most of the past 10 years in Sierra Leone on the Pampana, Sewa, Moa, rivers, as well as the Lofa in Liberia, to name a few. His commitment to training local people in advanced mining techniques has proved profitable for the companies that he has worked with. His contacts are numerous and he enjoys a good reputation. Dredge is a Mechanical Handling Engineer by training with extensive experience in the Granite, Gold and Diamond sectors. He can and will repair all mining equipment and will train others in order to pass that knowledge on to local people. Dredge has worked with several of the large mining companies in Sierra Leone involved in Granite, Gold, Diamonds and Iron Ore as an Independent consultant.
Dredgemaster says: "I am glad to become a part of this new dynamic Sunergy team. I have paid close attention to the goings on at Sunergy and now that we are on track to engage daily profitable operations, I am quite excited about our prospects going forward. I am familiar with the areas of operation targeted for exploitation in both Sierra Leone and nearby Liberia and am pleased to have the opportunity to be part of the team turning Sunergy around to become profitable."

Sunergy Management Returns From Successful Visit to West Africa and Commences Operations in Dredging for Gold, Diamonds and Black Sands to Produce Cash Flow in 2014

Dredgemaster David Price comments: "I am extremely pleased to be working with Sunergy now and want to take this opportunity to say that Management is truly focused on what's best for the Company and its shareholders in my opinion. The opportunities they have shown me are truly exciting and they have worked well and hard to bring them to the shareholders. The new focus on cash flow makes a lot of sense and they have brought us to that point. I will be certain to make that a strong reality. I am also searching for additional equipment in both countries for rent or lease purchase to accelerate our development plan. If things go smoothly, we should have 3 dredges operating in each country by mid February. I want you to understand something, I get paid mostly on performance bonuses, so I want to make this as big as we can, for all our benefit."

Sunergy Dredgemaster David Price Is Ready to Commence Operations of Three Dredges in Sierra Leone and Two Dredges in Liberia, All Operating on Gold and/or Diamond Recovery for Immediate Monthly Cash Flow

David Price, Dredgemaster, comments: "I am quite pleased to be organizing Sunergy's operations both here in Sierra Leone and in Liberia. Both Henry and David are capable of running and supervising Sierra Leone operations. I will be in and out during our full year of planned operations. I am heading for Liberia in the next week or so with the equipment to start our new dredging operations for gold and diamonds. I will be assisted by Bill Thompson, from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a friend of Sunergy for several years and the individual responsible for our ability to get fully organized for profit in Liberia. Bill's long term friend and classmate in the US is resident in Liberia and these important local connections have enabled us to get started on prime properties with quality people involved. We will establish quality operations crews in Liberia and will be joined by Hans Strand from Napa, California to share supervisory obligations in both countries. When I am in Sierra Leone, Hans will be in Liberia and vica versa. So, in a nutshell, we have accomplished a lot in the last few weeks and are now really ready to launch. We have competent crews operating for us and top notch security in all these operations. I am also pursuing an additional dredge in Liberia and expect to be able to deliver on our statement to try to have 6 working dredges by mid-February."

We expect to report recovered weights of our recovered gold and diamonds on a monthly basis. This is because final diamond sales will not take place in Africa, rather they will move upstream to achieve better pricing for our company. We are establishing relationships in Dubai and other favorable places where diamonds are polished and cut. Just before management returned from Africa before the Holidays, the largest diamond ever found in Sierra Leone was recovered less than 1 km. of our new operations area in the Sewa River in the Kono district, Sierra Leone. This diamond weighed 126 carats.

Recovered gold will also leave Africa for a refinery, most probably in Toronto, Canada or Dubai. The final site will be determined by both ease of shipment and future tax consequences. Actual revenues received will be reported in our quarterly and annual reports to be filed with the SEC.

Prince Kai Saquee, Chairman of The Diamond and Gold Dealers Association in Kono, Sierra Leone Joins Sunergy Advisory Board and Assists Sunergy Sierra Leone, Limited to Produce Immediate Cash Flow From Gold and Diamond Recovery

Prince Saquee said: "I am pleased to assist Sunergy in its business in Sierra Leone and in particular, to help them develop a large diamond and gold operation in Kono district. I have met and personally know members of the Sunergy team and am confident that their operations in Kono will bear much fruit for both the Company and our people."

Sunergy President and CEO, Garrett Hale says: "We are very happy to have Prince Saquee on the Sunergy team. Our new focus on developing cash flow from diamonds and gold operations is focused on a virgin area in Kono district and Prince's advice and guidance will insure our success. In addition, we now have two 8 inch dredges operating under contract around the Magburaka area, focused mostly on gold production. Within a week or so we can relocate those dredges to highly prospective diamond and gold operations in Kono once they are ready. We are getting our third dredge operational in Sierra Leone and are currently setting up two 6 inch dredges on Diamond and Gold operations in Liberia. We expect to begin reporting preliminary results of operations in a week or so."

Dredgemaster, David Price stated: "We have Sierra Leone up and running now and I am headed back to Liberia to get our gold and diamond dredging operations underway as well. David Garnett will supervise Sierra Leone in my absence and when I return, he will go to Liberia to oversee things. We expect Hans Strand shortly, who can also serve as operations supervisor. The Kono operations testing is scheduled to start next week and this is intended to be a year round operation".

Sunergy Starts Land-Based Diamond and Gold Recovery Operation in Kono District Near Where the Recent Large Diamonds, 125ct (Dec'13) and 150ct (Feb'14) Were Recovered in Sierra Leone; Dredge Operations Continue in Sierra Leone and Dredges Have Arrived in Liberia and Will Commence Operations by Mid-March

Dredgemaster David Price in a recent email response to a shareholder inquiry "if they should be happy" stated:
"The opportunities that sney now has with contacts introduced to them by myself and others is vast. The amount of work and time spent on this project by what I now regard as a hard working professional team of people with individual skills could not have been more. It has taken time to put sney back on the map in SL and with dredges in the water and land mining contracts and license deals happening, then I think that anyone should be happy with the progress made with the budget available to us. I am here to make money and that can only happen for me with results. It is my opinion that those who have an interest in sney should be very happy. Bottom Line. I accepted a pittance of an allowance and payment on results and I am still here. I EXPECT RESULTS."

Sunergy Update on West Africa Diamond and Gold Mining Operations and Other Plans for Success in 2014

SIERRA LEONE: As of today, our Kono Diamond and Gold operation has started with Dredgemaster David Price and our geologist commencing several strategic test pits to determine the depth of topsoil and overburden covering the number 5 sand level. This will determine the quantity of earth to be moved and stored for reclamation purposes. The depth of gravels (pay zone) will also be measured to determine the quantity of gravels required to be processed thru our existing wash plant. We have located another 500ton/hour wash plant that Price is considering deploying if required at a later date. Our two 8" dredges are working closer to Magburaka but will move up to Kono once we establish our new base of operations there. There is a discussion that one dredge may operate in a diamond and gold rich area near Kenema, another diamond and gold center in Sierra Leone.

LIBERIA: We are starting testing under a reconnaissance license with our local geologist to be fully compliant with the local laws. Once test results are in, additional mining licenses will be brought under our sponsorship for our planned year round diamond and gold operations. Prior to the conflict in Liberia, local hand miners worked in this area and recovered millions of dollars in diamonds and gold. Our operations will support these local miners by adding our two 6" dredges and additional equipment as allowed by Minerals Commission. In less than 10 days, Dredgemaster Price will be in Liberia to start the dredging operations. We now have an executed agreement to operate on up to 1,000 acres with our initial area to be 300 acres.
Dredgemaster, David Price states: "I am pleased to be associated with Sunergy and their management which gives me total support in developing our plans for success in our mining operations in Sierra Leone and Liberia. I have found suitable trusted and knowledgeable workers and supervisors so that I can go back and forth between these two operations. Last time I flew to Monrovia from Freetown, it cost about $140 and took 40 minutes. Management will be in Sierra Leone and Liberia shortly to assist in oversight, administration and operations. We are a hard-working, talented and determined group who are destined for great success for our shareholders this year. That really keeps me excited."

Dredgemaster Now in Liberia With Crew and Dredges to Undertake Diamond and Gold Mining Operations in Historically Rich Bomi Hills Area

Dredgemaster Price says; " I am very excited about this area, especially since when operations took place here before the conflict, local hand miners extracted millions of dollars of gold and diamonds operating by hand in shallow conditions. This area has not been touched since the conflict ended and still houses several productive kimberlites bearing diamonds. We are considering moving our 3rd Sierra Leone dredge, currently in Bo, Sierra Leone to Bomi Hills as we expand our planned year round operations. Bo is only 175 miles from Monrovia, Liberia and Bomi Hills is on the road from Sierra Leone to Liberia. I just drove over with my crew and it's a rough road, but quite workable. Going back and forth from Liberia to Sierra Leone is very straight forward. Our Sierra Leone operations are under supervision by David Garnett and are ongoing. I will return there in a couple weeks and we will give a report on progress."

Sunergy's Dredges Now Operating in Liberia for Diamonds and Gold and Prince Kai Saquee, of Kono, Sierra Leone and Sunergy Management Reps Invited to Attend West African Mining Investment Summit in London, April 7th - 10th

Dredgemaster, David Price says: "There has been a lot of preparation that has taken place here in Liberia since I went to Sierra Leone to get operations going there. It is a real pleasure to have all our equipment available ahead of schedule and our ground team has really prepared for a quick launch. Sunergy has set up a good support team here and I really appreciate that, it makes my job a lot easier. Our local partners are pleased we are now here and ready to start making money together."
Garrett Hale, President, CEO stated: "There are workshops and meetings with international financers interested in investing in the above countries in the mining sector. We are also interested in learning more about West African mining opportunities and what options for funding are available in these resource rich countries. We are committed to rapid exponential growth for our shareholders, focusing on growing our cash flow operations and our resources/reserves."

Mining activities in both Sierra Leone and Liberia are now underway. In Sierra Leone, two 8 inch dredges and a land based operation are ongoing. In Liberia, we have two 6 inch working dredges. Dredgemaster Price is refurbishing a third dredge in Sierra Leone that sits ready to begin operations in either country as needed. Plans to increase our dredge operations are underway, with six dredges targeted to work this year in each country. All our projects are now being planned for year round operations. Operating results will be available shortly after the end of the first quarter so as to not delay the 10K filing. Please visit our website: www.sunergygold.com Update on Sierra Leone operations will be forthcoming soon.

Sunergy, Inc. Secures a TRON 406, 50 t/h-300 t/h Wash Plant and Equipment Suitable for Land Based Diamond and Gold Finishing Operations and Has Year Round Contract to Wash Already Mined Diamond and Gold Bearing Gravels in Kono District, Sierra Leon

Company President and CEO Garrett Hale comments: "We now have four dredges working for cash flow, 2 in Sierra Leone and 2 in Liberia. We have also started a land based diamond and gold recovery operation in Kono district, Sierra Leone. This nearly new TROM 406 wash plant is perfect for gravel washing in Kono. Recently, while doing an audit of gravels waiting to be washed, it became clear that if we had a good high capacity wash plant, we could put it to work on our own gravels as well as process several other people's gravels for a nice piece of the profit as well. Our focus on using our equipment to produce cash flow is working and we have targeted several additional operations for dredging and washing gravels in both Sierra Leone and Liberia."

David Price, Dredgemaster, comments: "Our plans are really coming together. I am very happy with our Liberia Team and the additional projects that have been presented to us for evaluation. In Sierra Leone, we are already being sought after to wash gravels for others and others want us to partner up with them in additional dredging operations. We are very fortunate to have good people on our teams. This will enable us to handle the rapid growth that is going to be possible now."

Sunergy's West African Mining Summit Update From London and Future Prospects

Garrett Hale, President, CEO, stated: "I am also thankful that our Company has been well represented at this West African Mining Summit and to learn that our cash flow focused approach to mining is understood and appreciated. We have established some new financial contacts that have expressed an interest to work with us in growing our Company in both the mining sector and in our affordable housing and solar power development projects. It is encouraging that european institutions are now focused on getting their fair share of the growth in this resource rich region. Our mining in Liberia is already growing rapidly and Dredgemaster Price is working very hard to access additional opportunities in both Liberia and Sierra Leone."

Dredgemaster, David Price says: "Our mining opportunities are now growing rapidly in both Sierra Leone and Liberia and are now underway. In Sierra Leone, two 8 inch dredges and a land based operation are ongoing. In Liberia, we have two 6 inch working dredges. We are refurbishing a third dredge in Sierra Leone that sits ready to begin operations in either country as needed. Plans to increase our dredge operations are underway, with six dredges targeted to work this year in each country. All our projects are now being planned for year round operations. We have been introduced to several additional growth projects in Sierra Leone and Liberia and We are working diligently to bring them into our Company."

Sunergy's West African Diamond and Gold Mining Operations Will More Than Double in Next 60 Days

Dredgemaster, David Price says: "In my 20 plus years of working in mining in West Africa, I have never seen projects and cooperation come together like they are for us today. We have strong support from Prince Kai Saquee and our on ground people in Sierra Leone and our operations team in Liberia have enabled us to access some very promising opportunities, as the mining landscape has been cleaned up from dormant licenses and new ones are now available. Our operations will more than double in the next 60 days as paperwork is processed and completed. I firmly believe we can handle the growth. Remember, I get paid on results, so I will make sure we have substantial ones whenever possible. We will release more information on these transactions as we close the deals in the next few weeks."

Garrett Hale, President, CEO, stated: "I am proud of our professional teams in Sierra Leone and Liberia and the good job that they are doing for our shareholders. Our new operations will add substantial additional products and revenue for our Company. I am also pleased that our focus on cash flow from operations was well received by the financial community at the London West African Mining Summit."

Sunergy's Liberian Diamond and Gold Mining Operations Total 20 Licenses to Operate This Year

SNEY) is pleased to report that its Liberia dredging operations are underway with all licenses and required permits in place. We are scaling up to control 4 Class B prospecting licenses in 4 separate complimentary areas. Each of these prospecting licenses will accommodate 4 Class C (Liberian only) licenses in which we will be the sponsor, aggregating 16 Class C and 4 Class B licenses active in Liberia this year.

Dredgemaster David Price says: "We have a serious plan that we are executing in Liberia, involving Minerals Commission licensing, local artisanal mining personnel and licenses and equipment deployment. We have gained control of some historically rich mining sites that are just now re-opening after the conflict which are assured to provide excellent economic results. Our team of geologists and experienced artisanal mining persons coupled with a very cooperative minerals management group put us in a very aggressive position to achieve substantial returns for our shareholders. We are targeting more equipment and are finding that some vendors are also interested in owning our stock as part of a purchase agreement. This is good evidence that our Company is being highly regarded here in Liberia. I am very pleased to be a part of Sunergy's operating team and look forward to harvesting the fruits of our labor."

Garrett Hale, President, CEO, stated: "First of all I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our loyal shareholders who have stayed with us through our darkest hours. The fact that Liberians are interested in owning our shares, because they have watched them increase in value over the past few weeks and months, is very encouraging. We owe thanks to our existing shareholders for this. There is a requirement to maintain our OTCQB listing that we must be current on our financial reporting and our shares need to be above a penny. We have delivered on this first piece, with the timely filing of our December 31, 2013 Annual report (10K), which filed yesterday. We are now asking our shareholders, both existing and new, to help us achieve this next important threshold prior to the May 1st deadline. We are receiving help and support from every entity that we are dealing with in Liberia and expect that reportable results will indeed support this new level."

Sunergy's Liberian Dredge Operations Start Recovering Diamonds and Gold and Wash Plant Equipment Being Readied for Operations

Dredgemaster David Price says: "We have now received clearance for 3 Class B Prospecting Licenses in Bomi County that are contiguous from Bomi Hills to Lofa River Area in Liberia. This area was formerly operated by an international diamond mining company prior to the conflict in Liberia. The Ministry of Lands, Mines and Energy has recently removed licenses that were no longer current or in effect and being on the ground here has enabled us to gain these new licenses on highly prospective and productive contiguous areas. We are also working as sponsors of Class C licenses within our own Class B Prospecting licenses. Our dredges are now on actual diamond and gold recovery operations, results will be made available once they have been measured and certified. We are very pleased at the cooperation here in Liberia at the local level and at the Ministry and look forward to our planned additional growth."

Sunergy Discusses Export and Reporting Protocols in Sierra Leone and Liberia and Operations Update

As we stated in the April 25th Press Release, Sunergy is now recovering both diamonds and gold on our Liberian dredge operations. Our Sierra Leone dredge operations have recovered gold only in the areas where they were working.. Both dredges are now scheduled to move to proven diamond and gold licensed locations in the next week and will be recovering both diamonds and gold virtually immediately. All valuable products are stored in safe deposit boxes at Rokel Bank in Freetown, Sierra Leone and Global Bank in Monrovia, Liberia

Our land based operations in Kono will support the New Wash Plant and loader which will process gravels for other operators as well for a negotiated fee or percentage of products recovered. The wash plant and loader should be ready for transport by next Tuesday. We envision a very profitable year round operation from this equipment.

Dredgemaster Price says: "Our dredges are working beautifully and we are now moving our Sierra Leone dredges into guaranteed diamond and gold producing areas like we have done in Liberia. Our land based operations in Kono will expand to include licensed operations covering the large diamond discovery areas in Kono District and definitive agreements and licenses will be finalized in a couple of weeks. This placement should make certain that we will recover some large diamonds this year"

05/06/2014
Sunergy Market Activity Not a Reflection of Any Change in Corporate Operations or Fundamentals as Company Readies for Its First Export Parcels of Gold and Diamonds From Liberia and Sierra Leone

Having said this, we are pleased to announce that Management representatives are again travelling this day to London, Liberia and Sierra Leone to further our growing operations. London is a follow up to the recent West African Mining Summit recently attended in London. Discussions are being held regarding expanding mining operations, Energy and affordable housing projects with contacts met at the Summit.

Our TROM 416 wash plant and associated equipment and CAT 420D backhoe/loader with attachments will start to move by this week's end from Liberia to Kono District, Sierra Leone to be deployed washing regional gravels for local miners on a base fee basis or percentage of product, whichever is greater. This equipment should be operational within two weeks and is designed to run 24/7. This equipment is near new and will establish a guaranteed cash flow operation to assure its monthly lease purchase payments resulting in ownership and positive cash flow.

As was discussed in last week's Press release, "Once a substantial parcel of diamonds or gold is assembled for export, it has to be presented to the appropriate government agency, with documents of origin signed by local field officer and then it is certified as to origin and valued for payment of duties and export fees. Once these fees are paid, the parcels may be exported to wherever the owner wishes without further involvement of the local government." We expect to begin this export process within the next 30 days and the final results could take 60 to 90 days to size, sort cut and polish and distribute for sale.

As we stated in the April 25th Press Release, "Sunergy is now recovering both diamonds and gold on our Liberian dredge operations. Our Sierra Leone dredge operations have been redeployed to areas where they have immediate access to both gold and diamonds. Our Sierra Leone Wash Plant operation will also give us access to a large area from which we expect numerous diamonds. All valuable products are stored in safe deposit boxes at Rokel Bank in Freetown, Sierra Leone and Global Bank in Monrovia, Liberia

Dredgemaster Price says, please read this carefully. I said this last week and nobody seemed to get it...: "Our dredges are working beautifully and we are now moving our Sierra Leone dredges into guaranteed diamond and gold producing areas like we have done in Liberia. Our land based operations in Kono will expand to include licensed operations covering the large diamond discovery areas in Kono District and definitive agreements and licenses will be finalized in a couple of weeks. This placement should make certain that we will recover some large diamonds this year"

Sunergy Repays Asher Enterprises 100% of Outstanding Note Due May 13, 2014 and Prepares to Install Its New Wash Plant in Kono District, Sierra Leone to Establish Sustainable Cash Flow

Garrett Hale, President and CEO, says: "What Asher has done for us is to both enable us to pay audit, accounting, legal, transfer agent and XBRL fees on time so that we are guaranteed to maintain our fully reporting status with the SEC and until recently, the OTCQB and to finance our ongoing field operations. We continue to maintain a good working relationship with Asher. With the new listing requirements with the OTCQB, we failed to reach a penny by the May 1st, 2014 deadline and have been moved back to the Pink Sheets. We remain our fully reporting status. We are committed to achieving these listing requirements, which now will require us to maintain a market price in excess of a penny for 30 consecutive days and pay a listing fee. With the equipment we currently own or lease/purchase, we should have solid operational revenues to support this valuation prior to the end of Q2, 2014 so we may relist by that time. We wish to take this opportunity to thank our loyal and new shareholders who have helped support our efforts to reach and stay above a penny and to especially thank our core group shareholders who have stepped up recently to enable us to pay our financial obligations as well as advance equipment purchases and operations."

Sunergy Expands Gold and Diamond Mining Operations in the Famous Kenema Diamond District, Sierra Leone, Covering 7 Miles of Sewa River in Support of Local Artisinal License Holders

Dredgemaster, David Price, says: "I am really happy to have this opportunity to support the local miners in the Chiefdom and to enjoy 7 miles of the Sewa River with its many terraces that are known to be diamondiferous and still contain large amounts of in- situ diamonds. This area is one of the rare ones on the Sewa that has not been heavily mined historically. This area is close to our Kono operations and some equipment may service both areas easily, saving additional equipment costs which allows for more profits. We now have serious roots in the major diamond areas of Sierra Leone and we have equipment to support our year round operations here. I am also pleased how our Liberia operations are progressing and we are looking at a land based operation there for year round operations."

Sunergy Repays Asher Enterprises 100% of Outstanding Note Due June 6, 2014 and Still Has Funds for Expanding Mining and Non-Mining Operations in the Gambia, Liberia and Sierra Leone

Mining activities are ongoing, even though the rains have started earlier than usual. Our operations are designed for year round operations and this requires some relocation of equipment to optimize operating results. Dredgemaster is focused on optimum production and is happy with operations to date. The early rains have delayed the final shipment of our wash plant to Kono, Sierra Leone, but suitable arrangements have now been made to complete the task.

While everyone wants the Company to publish operating results so everyone may know exactly what is happening with operations, we have discovered that it is not a common practice to do so until such time as the export process is complete and the products have actually left the country for hopefully obvious reasons. It is also not prudent to export small parcels for a variety of reasons, namely excessive fees. We are not selling either gold or diamonds in either country, and this causes us to need to finance our operations more than we had planned. For this we again thank our shareholders. We are working on an in country financing package to finance purchases and operations pre export reporting to enable smooth continuous year round operations.

Sunergy's Website Has New Slide Show Presentation of Recent Gold and Diamond Dredging Operations on Liberia's Famous Lofa River

We owe thanks to our entire team for the continued diligent efforts surrounding the exploration, permitting and ongoing testing that has taken place which has now allowed us to consolidate both dredges in one location which is producing sufficient evidence for continued operations throughout the rainy season in Liberia. Sunergy has awaited this day when we could be confident enough to report that we have discovered the appropriate amounts of gold and diamonds to substantiate that production and profit is within reach in the near future. The 'dredgemaster' and his team are committed to continue during the rough winter conditions as a reflection of his recent and positive assessment of the dredging and washing results.

Sunergy Operations Update for Liberia and Sierra Leone

Liberia:
We are pleased to announce that after several diligent exploration and testing programs, we have secured 15 Mining licenses contained within Three Class B Prospecting and Class C Mining Licenses. The areas cover approximately 365 acres of river, islands and land with extensive river frontage. Each Mining License is approximately 25 acres, of which we have explored, located and extracted Gold and Diamonds. One site has produced diamonds, while the other site has produced both diamonds and gold.

Sierra Leone:
We are bringing our dredges and wash plant in for repairs and fabrication to prepare for re-deployment under winter operations. The Dredgemaster, along with our crew leaders will perform their due diligence on four prominent properties, holding large and documented quantities of diamonds and or gold, offered to Sunergy exclusively at this time. As stated by David Price, "We must first perform our due diligence before undertaking the expense of a crew and equipment to ensure the most cost-effective approach of assessing these properties."
Garrett Hale, President and CEO, commented, "I continue to be excited about the minerals and precious stones we are finding, especially under rough winter conditions. In addition to the opportunities which are being offered to us, they are being offered in trust, which is being extended to our Company. As we have noted, many mineral rich properties are very closely held, as many people's lands were inappropriately or unfairly exploited by others in the past. It should be seen as an honor that locals feel a comfort level with our Company and crews. Having an Operations manager such as Dredgemaster Price with deep roots in Sierra Leone has definitely added value and trust to the Sunergy team.
We are entering into a new phase for Sunergy and in the process of becoming a sustainable revenue generating company. The Company has significant working equipment, competent personnel and has physical results of diamond and gold production for the first time in Sunergy's history. Secondly, we are prepared in Liberia and preparing in Sierra Leone to have crews and equipment working and in place for operation on or before the new mining season. I find this to be a remarkable change from prior years of Sunergy before we were able to secure producing properties," continued Mr. Hale.
