No I was actually referencing the part of the sentence you chose to ignore.

4. Lack of scientific knowledge or scientific consensus should not necessarily be interpreted as indicating a particular level of risk, an absence of risk, or an acceptable risk.


So to respond to this silly comment I will have to actually read the WHOLE sentence and not isolate certain words.

Lack of scientific knowledge would NOT in any way INDICATE an absence of risk.

It is a good thing there is no lack of scientific knowledge about the lack of silk worms in the wild.

They are scientifically PROVEN to be extinct.

They are scientifically Proven to no be able to survive in the wild.

They are scientifically proven to be dependent on man and not nature.

So while the LACK of scientific knowledge does not indicate a lack of risk.
An abundance of scientific knowledge DOES indicate a lack of risk and the protocol does not apply.
