Former CEO, Johnnie D. Johnson, is working behind the scenes against shareholders' interests.

If you went through the press releases when he was CEO, it was full of misleading statements and lies. The kickbacks to himself were never divulged--because they would have to be filed as "Related Party Transactions".

For a 76 year old guy, he continues to try to find ways to make money off of CTTC's shareholders.

Such a nice biography too:

Mr. Johnnie D. Johnson served as Chief Financial Officer of Competitive Technologies Inc. from September 2010 to September 30th, 2013. Mr. Johnson served as Chief Accounting Officer and Director of Investor Relations at Competitive Technologies Inc.

He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Competitive Technologies Inc. until November 1, 2012 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Johnson served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Competitive Technologies Inc. since September 3, 2010.

He has over 20 years experience as an executive with Marathon Oil Company and U.S. Steel,(when the world was so different. He was 56 twenty years ago) plus over 20 years consulting with both large and small companies. He has been active in all aspects of Competitive Technologies' business operations over the last several years. (Wow!--he did such a good job!!)

Mr. Johnson served as an Assistant Corporate Comptroller of USX where he had been responsible for investor relations and strategic planning. From 1986 to 1991, Mr. Johnson served as Managing Director of Georgeson & Co., Inc.

He served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for seven years of Johnnie D. Johnson & Co. from 1991 to 1998. (Another WOW! Wonder who owned Johnnie D. Johnson and Co.? LOL)

Mr. Johnson served as the Chief Executive Officer of Corporate IR Services, LLC (previously Strategic IR, Inc.)--(Amazing! Let me guess---Johnnie Johnson hired himself to be CEO of his company==Corporate IR Services)

He holds BS in Business and Accounting from University of Findlay in 1960 and his MBA from Bowling Green University in 1976. Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Harvard's Advanced Management Program, and was previously a licensed CPA.

One of the best moves by CTTC's Board was showing Johnnie Johnson the door.
