We're saying the same thing in different ways. A dog property is a dog property. A property like Mt. Washington becomes so valuable because of its scale and the fact that a major would want to acquire it in a bull market.

Obviously a little company like NBRI does not have the resources or capabilities to bring a project like that online. The market and the majors know this. Only a major would be able to bring a project of that magnitude online and the first thing they would do is spend hundreds of millions of dollars proofing out the resources.

What they would pray for would be a nice cash offering to be fully acquired with an extended royalty structure on some of their properties as part of the M&A process.

So in a broad way you say POG drives the price of the stock and what I'm trying to tell you is that there is a more refined way to look at it because downside of POG has very little if any impact on the stock and upside of POG is further influenced by the M&A environment and whether or not they control a bunch of dog properties.
