If the product is so viable and unique, why doesn't the Health experts at HIMSS, and every other entity, including the market, buy the product? Where are the sales in the last 5 years to validate a viable product?

Even if the 4 defendants settle for around the same as WAG, truly, does that even come close to debt?

May or may not have cash flow problems? Really?
One only needs to read last 10Q/K
