I also talked to a lawyer friend of mine that has been loosely following MMRF court case proceedings. Although he has no idea as to the patents and how this will play out, he did say that this court scheduling order for fast discovery starting immediately will cost the defendants millions of dollars. If that is true, I think we should see some settlement talks sooner rather then later.
