Thanks so much for that quick and in depth response. Would you have an issue with me sharing any of this with others or on forum message boards?

BigJuan,

I appreciate the feedback and will do my best to answer some of these concerns. The licensing is obviously the biggest issue at hand. We are conducting several studies around the U.S. testing everything from 5 log reduction, bacteria to shelf life. There are costs involved and therefore have decided to use various testing facilities according to their areas of expertise and cost. A second round of samples have been sent this week to one lab in California and another round of samples going to another facility next week for a different flavor. A large part of this process has been the fact that we decided to change bottle size and style for multiple reasons. The labels and marketing efforts pretty much remain the same as well as the original formulas and some new ones. The electrical issue at PREP is solved as we, Harvest Soul, needed to carry everything over to our own metered and internal panel. And yes, the equipment is being financed and personally guaranteed and therefore doesn’t show on the books right now. We will try and gather some pics of the facility w/ equipment and post them asap…good idea. Was just in Villa Rica early this morning testing the new labels and bottles again…still a big thumbs up and much better than what we were previously working with. It was a tough decision as far as timing, cost, etc but well worth it. I hope to have more preliminary test results back the week after next. Once those are in hand getting the Dep of Ag license comes much quicker and easier. Hope I answered some of your questions and thank you for the support. Starting from the ground up isn’t easy and comes with its hurdles. However, we are dedicated as a team to see this through and will continue to launch this amazing product. Have a great weekend.

Scott

Original questioning

I understand there have been issues with the licensing process and that the process itself can be involved. However is there a legitimate time frame at this point in the process? Seeing as the process started in June I am sure you have had communication back and forth with the Dept. of Ag and/or their district offices. I know starting a business from the ground up can take time but one of the key components is the necessary licensing to be able to operate. Having done it privately vs publicly time is always of the essence. Every day that the license is non-existent it costs money. Publicly as the OS continues to grow without completion and launch, it is harder to contest this is not a viable business. I hear you are now consulting 2 separate independent test facilities for product quality standards. Have you received any results from one or both yet and how long does that process take? Any chance you will post those results upon receipt for all to view to show the process is still in motion?

Also a lot of questions about the processing equipment. Any chance you could show some actual pics of the equipment at work with the people who would do the production or at least KQ and/or Scott with the equipment? Any chance of posting pictures of the problem areas with the electric and or build out for the 600lb compressor. (It was my understanding the electrical was completed per your last update in August). I have been told over $100k of equipment was put into the facility but another person says there is only $12k on the books. IS this a timing issue? Was the equipment purchased outright or leased thereby not showing more than 12k on the books?

Commitment by the board of no RS and no changes in the AS for the foreseeable future would also go a long way to help build confidence.

Appreciate any feedback you may have in the process, look forward to licensing being completed so we can see you move to launch mode and appreciate in advance anything you can do regarding some of my suggestions to help recover some investor confidence and get the PPS back to where it should be!
