RenuEn Corporation Officers and Employees Victims of Cyber Attack
Lawsuit Defendants Americas Green Energy Source and CEO John Lameira Currently Engaged in an Online Smear and Witness Intimidation Campaign Against RenuEn, Employees, Board Members and Officers
Jupiter, FL. September 22, 2014: RenuEn Corporation (OTCPINK:RENU) a Renewable Energy Development and EPC Company announced today they are seeking law enforcement and legal assistance against Americas Green Energy Source (AGES-INC) and their CEO John L. Lameira (a/k/a John L. Varga) as well as number of their employees for defamation, harassment, witness tampering and intimidation.
Jeff Nemes, CEO of RenuEn stated, “Our Company recently filed a lawsuit in the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in Seminole County, Florida against certain individuals who are engaged in specific actions to intentionally harm RenuEn, its employees and officers. While the lawsuit had named a number of parties, the focus of our internal investigation and referral to Law Enforcement is specific to Americas Green Energy Source, CEO John Lameira and senior managers and employees of AGES-INC.”
Nemes continued, “Originally, the lawsuit we filed was a result of an internal investigation that determined that certain individuals had conspired to damage and intentionally harm RenuEn and put it out of business in an attempt to capture additional market share. The filing of this initial lawsuit was as a result of sworn statements received making allegations against a RenuEn employee and subcontractor that have since been determined to have been fabricated. We have since received compelling evidence from witnesses and former employees of Americas Green Energy Source (AGES-INC) and they have provided sworn statements that AGES CEO John L. Lameira (a/k/a John L. Varga) instructed his employees to call customers, regulatory authorities and others to make fraud complaints against RenuEn and then begin an online campaign to defame the company using phony names and anonymous blogs and other scare tactics in a deliberate attempt to libelously defame RenuEn. Once the fake blog or complaint was posted, Lameira would immediately text it to hundreds of people on twitter and emails. As recently as Tuesday of this week, Lameira was contacting RenuEn customers directly and soliciting business for an attorney to make claims against the company. Additionally, John Lameira has directly threatened board members and I with online retaliation if we did not cede to their demand for monetary compensation. In fact, on Sunday September 14th, I personally received an email from an AGES employee identified as Josh Leidolf stating in part that he had friends in the media that he would use to damage me. Leidolf specifically wrote, “I have a pretty strong online presence. I also know how to use advanced focus keywords, meta tags and SEO to my advantage in any way I (Leidolf) see fit.” In another email Leidolf stated, “I know a ton of other journalists that would love to cover this story and spread the word …” On September 15th and 16th and

continuing up to the date of this release there was a barrage of online defamatory postings as
threatened.
Nemes stated, “We initially filed a lawsuit hoping to have the dispute and issues properly
addressed and adjudicated in the appropriate civil forum and let the evidence be decided by a
jury or judge. However, certain individuals have chosen instead to dodge our civil complaint,
commit the very conduct they are alleging against RenuEn and then conduct an aggressive online
libelous smear and defamation campaign. The online posts and allegations - coupled with the
anonymous online posting of derogatory lies and smears against the company, multiple
employees, associates, shareholders and friends give the appearance that the company has
multiple complaints against it. In reality it is a few individuals who are making up the
complaints under pseudonyms to deflect from their own actions. The goal of these wrongdoers
is to try and incite consumer complaints and attempt to generate business for a class action
attorney. They do this by posting fake consumer complaints and rumors of investigations on
various internet websites, twitter and other nameless forums – asking people to complain - to
create the illusion that RenuEn is involved in some type of fraud or other wrongdoing. One such
smear campaign started less than twenty four hours after Leidolf threatened to do it in an email,
with a majority of the posts and baseless allegations referring consumers and shareholders to call
the class action attorney.”
Alex Kim, Corporate Counsel for RenuEn stated, “It is unbelievable the posts these competitors
and their cohorts have published on the internet and elsewhere not only about me, but about
RenuEn officers and employees. In one of the illegal posts, they made a fraudulent and libelous
statement about Palm Beach County’s Habitat for Humanity alleging that RenuEn’s fundraising
goals somehow are a scam (wholly unsupported by any fact or completely without truth). In
another instance, they threatened an employee of MacReport Media, the company that RenuEn
uses to process its press releases, in a deliberate attempt to manipulate the company’s stock
prices. The illegal posts are even being made on investor forums in what appears to be an
additional attempt to manipulate the stock downward to further harm the company.” Kim added,
“I am in constant communication with our team of attorneys and Law Enforcement as we
continue to focus on our customers' satisfaction, protect our employees, and trying to mitigate
the damage they are causing. Because we have recently received a copy of a police report filed
by the Winter Springs Police Department (Report # 201460001374) alleging that John Lameira
threatened to gun down a former employee of his who is a witness against him, we have also
asked local Law Enforcement for additional patrols around our offices.”
Nemes ended by stating, “It is a well-known fact in our company and by our shareholders that I
have made personal mistakes over fourteen years ago and suffered severe consequences and paid
a steep price. As far as I am personally concerned, public information about me is open game -
as long as it is truthful and supported by actual facts. However, having a sick individual come
unhinged and use my past to create fictional stories of purported fraud and baseless Ponzi
schemes against the good and decent employees and officers of RenuEn as well as our friends,

shareholders and business associates is nothing more than retaliation and witness intimidation. The company intends to expose these individuals and prove their illegal behavior and will cooperate with any investigation into the company when and if we are informed that one even exists. RenuEn and Energy Solutions was formed with the sole purpose of helping consumers save money with cutting edge, energy saving products while at the same time creating jobs in our sour economy. Because of the actions of these few individuals, RenuEn has lost some of its market share and this has resulted in a downsizing of employees and the damaging of reputations of some very good people with impeccable records. This is being done all in the name of illegally generating business for a competitor or an attorney while damaging and retaliating against witnesses in our case as well as continuing to attempt to put RenuEn out of business. This is the very basis of the lawsuit we had filed back in June.”
Nemes added, “I will be announcing a webinar next week, and inviting shareholders, the general public and RenuEn customers to join so that we can further explain the merits of the lawsuit we have filed against Lameira, AGES Inc. as well as others soon to be named. We will be providing additional information and proof that these defendants are defaming and maliciously accusing RenuEn, our employees and others of crimes with intent to extort money and other pecuniary rewards in violation of Florida Civil and Criminal Statutes. I want to assure the shareholders that I will continue to keep them updated to the extent allowed by our attorneys and law enforcement. I also wish to remind everyone that the company is not keeping quiet because we have anything to hide.
