Jacques was the Regional Geologist for Southwest B.C. with the Ministry of Energy and Mines. I guess that is not relevant and makes NBRI look like they are trying to deceive folks by using someone very familiar with Canadian regulations regarding such reports. REALLY? That would only be irrelevant to someone that did not understand that because it only reinforces the credibility of the report.
