Magna and their sub Hanover Holdings have always been extremely toxic, along with Ed Bronson and many others.

But FINRA can't do what it did to ECOS unless there's an SEC action or a criminal prosecution. They have to have knowledge of some kind of enforcement action. They haven't gone after Magna yet. But it'll be interesting to see whether some companies involved with Bronson--and there are a great many--will be denied upcoming corporate actions.
