Factual bottom line. A No Bid DOWNGRADED stock that has 15,000,000,000 Authorized Shares. Has never produced a PR or Filing in several years stating that any Oil was ever sold to the Markets.


And now note holders upset as no one wants to buy their shares for the very lowest price a stock can be traded for..

Probably will have to increase Authorized to 25,000,000,000 or do a Reverse Split in near future.

Got money to throw away, this is the place to do it, and will make note holders happy. ?? ?? ??
