What qualifies you in making any guess as to what Canouse's chances are?

I especially liked the defenses stating Canouse isnt the rightful owner of the shares.....yet Culbreth states Canouse has preferred stock in every posted filing to date, including the last one on 8/15, and even converted shares for Canouse prior to the R/S..Again, follow the events as they happened..Sounds to me, APWC is just throwing everything at the wall and hoping something sticks. That is to be expected. It's what lawyers on both sides do.

btw, didn't know someone needs to have qualifications to guess LOL.
