Anyone repeating the same thing over and over is a bore, regardless of the issue at hand. Goes for positive messages and negative ones. In any case, we've seen what bringing the force of hundreds or thousands, including Congress, doctors, investors, against the FDA brings - not a helluva lot - a request from Congress to explain themselves as to what a SPA means after their funding bill is passed, and nothing more. Does anyone really think retail stockholders have a chance in hell of changing management? That's laughable - even when activist shareholders demand a change (> 5% owners) if they don't have the rest of the big boys lined up behind them, they lose too.
