As far as my comment on value, I think it is more a question of simple math and accounting. You can't argue with the tax loss carry forward figures. Read the SEC Filings. $55 million @ 23%, +/- That would be the tax value to an acquiring company The IP is another matter. If you don't think the IP has any value, than this company is worthless no matter. You decide.
