Ask the right questions-

1)- Explain why the KMA website is still under construction after seven weeks? I can get a professional website built in 3 days.

2)- Why can't the audited financials be posted on social media if the KMA website continues to be F'ed up? If we in fact have a new market maker like Reid said, then audited financials have to of been completed to secure that MM. So, Let's see them. KMAG can make a market on the grays if they are good enough. Making money is the whole point of investing in the first place. Good Business/Progress/Moving forward.

3)- Prove to shareholders that KMA submitted a Form 10 along with audited financials to the SEC over 60 days ago. Now, If KMA did, why not point fingers at the SEC, FINRA, or the DTCC, because one of these has to be ultimately responsible for it not being made public? Does Reid not have any signed documents showing he submitted the Form 10 to the SEC that can be shown to investors? Isn't a KMA 10Q now required as of Sept 15th due to the submission of the Form 10?

4)- Reid has access to mass media for free to release updates on FB and Twitter. Let's see some new business deals, contracts, beta stores results!

I for one want to hear a explanation about it right now.
