What is up with this? are the shareholders supposed to be getting some type of share of some kind?



HERB owns 50% of the joint venture. Following the RegD 506c offering of $8,000,000 it will be down to 44.25%. (11.5% belongs to new investors).

As a shareholder of HERB you automatically own 44.25%.

Perhaps I will have a better look tomorrow.
