Now you're saying "Larry Panik has always SAID,that this has been TMMI's product as per the 93' agreement and no-one else's!!. " That's ridiculous. Panik is the one who organized the tmm shareholders and hired the lawyers in December 1996 to challenge Iterated and when the Iterated lawyers responded, they found out Fernandez had been lying to everyone for years, tmm owned NOTHING. Panik has known that since then. After that he tried to help them BUY SOME TECHNOLOGY, but Fernandez really wasn't that interested.

Raytheon's Director of Investor Relations had no idea who tmm/tmmi/etc. was when I called him. So much for the "big deal" story.


The defendants have no injunctions against any of their technology or patents and are actively using all of them! Can you imagine having actual customers, revenues, licenses, patents, etc. No, I guess you can't.

Guess who's scheduled to beg for money from funders in April, 2015? tmm I assume. That's all that conference is, a meat market and NOTHING ELSE! Don't try to pretend that companies are actually invited to come, they have to apply to come beg.
