David, hey, the screw bag Francis and maybe, even more importantly, Browand were intent on a govy contract. Invest, huge spike, get out. What else do you think their intentions were?

However you may hate Lowenthal, he sure as heck did his best to get the product sold...not on a one shot basis but continual revenues.

The plot has just thickened.
