I did my DD and I see all of that. What I don't see is that the company who has the right to convert into common shares has done so. IMO I agree that would be the case for the increase in A/S but why would they be dumping shares at .0001? Just don't see the huge return on investment. Much will be layed out in the next quarterly report but why not call the CEO? You know the ins and outs of this company and the CEO is more than happy to talk and answer concerns.
