I'm sure before Hefe Wine was sued some legal papers must have been sent to Primco's leadership. There must have been some heated discussions with Hefe Wine if they actually DID NOT know the details of his ownership. Either way, rookie move for them not to follow through and make sure all was right.

I believe splitting the companies was a strategic move to be sure if this goes to court and Iggy gained leverage that she can't hold Primco and Primco's assets responsible. They must have known this crapstorm was coming and this was an offensive move to protect themselves.

If they made an honest mistake and it was more a matter of they didn't properly access the rights to Iggy's music then that is just a stupid but forgivable mistake. If this was them trying to take advantage of a situation and thinking they had the right to sell Iggy's assets without her actual consent to make quick money on her new found stardom that leaves a very bad feeling in my stomach.

I'm sure more details will be revealed in the next couple weeks. I hope ESMG dumps Hefe Wine immediately and makes a statement that will help their cause.

I personally will not buy any more shares of Primco until I see them really get their act together and everyone else should be cautious with the money they place here. I have a decent stake and will hold what I have......but I need to see positive numbers and honesty in business.
