22 August, 2014 - NEXT Biometrics has become the third player in the world mass market of area fingerprint sensors for integration in PCs and Tablets to be certified by Microsoft.

Also, NEXT Biometrics is the first area sensor provider with Microsoft Certification that meets the price level required by PCs and Tablet industry buyers without compromising sensor system quality by reducing sensor size.

Microsoft will now download NEXT drivers to its vast base of Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 PC’s and Tablets around the world and NEXT sensor modules will integrate with Windows in a way that automatically allows NEXT sensors to replace user passwords and pin-codes.
