No idea Alea. I'd wager that a disgruntled shareholder contacted the firm causing them to phish for more. If l were a short l'd feed them. Don't know what criteria is required to file a suit but to me it's like the definition of pornography. I have no problem seeing the old BoD as failing in their fiduciary responsibility
