It is quite remarkable that Hensley scoped out Emesyl to be ready for Summer 2012, but yet two more years of legal and production milestones had to be overcome which we have witnessed.

Also early 2012 Hensley ran into a string of legal problems with trying to put out something for bird flu.

So I would say back then, and possibly now, he is not very keen on following legal protocols. He was under quite a few indictments of which he got off easy.
