Exactly. I drink a powder mix in the morning when I wake up, one after the gym, eat bars at work or if I have a sweet tooth craving, and will drink coco protein water or amino when I'm on the road (def over disgusting Muscle Milk). I try to consume at least 100 grams of protein a day. So I need as much as I can get.
