Here are some facts for you to chew on:
The entire mining sector is in turmoil right now with depressed prices and a complete lack of desire to fund any exploration projects anywhere, a recent conversation with Jellie Cartwright of Innu-Cartwright drilling revealed that every one of his 25 drill rigs was sitting idle in his yard.
The Labrador claims have been whittled back to the most promising area, the Willies pond area and the area just north of the pond that produced the 5.6%CU grab samples. The last drill session hit what was suspected of being the halo of the discovery however much more work is needed to prove up the geophysics and the sampling of this area. The claims are paid up through 2017. There is no further work planned at this time in Labrador to my knowledge.
The Cariboo claims are all in good standing and a few strategic pieces were added to the claim area but nothing of significance. With the price of gold depressed and the recent breach in a gold miners tailings pond into the Frazer River this may not be the correct time to throw money into massive exploration however the claims are being held in good standing within the company and any exploration will be announced through a press release.
The Decision Zone technology has been granted a 20 year worldwide patent and although Decision Zone could have been funded more than once on a private basis through the efforts Bruce Costerd the proposals were turned down because they would not have included Wolverine shareholders.
Personally why he is so loyal to the investor-ship is beyond me, I would have gone the private route and let all the hate-Sayers have their way.
