That's true. Then how did Haskins and Simpson get their DFI shares back so that they could get paid, more than handsomely, for their DFI shares when they sold the company to TMMI in June 2012? ASK THEM!!.The same way Larry Panik and the rest of the people on that list did,they returned them.They were worthless back then;No was trading the shares,even you said that!!.
Who was trading DFI or DFMI shares on the market;NO ONE!!.Who was selling DFMI shares,that couldn't be traded on the market but,they were still being sold by the boat loads?
We all know that answer,don't we,or we should by now!!..
There are no ifs ands or buts;Those shares from back then,all rest on this court case!!. What did Larry Panik have control of,almost 20 million shares.I guess we now know, how he's been paying for this lawsuit,with those investors shares/monies;Yes another lawsuit is coming.The 29 plus investors going after the DEFENDANTS!!.
