Why are insider dumped shares called-"scared cheapies"???

Why is it being assumed insiders are panic selling "scared cheapie" shares at today's 0036? After all the shares cost them nothing, and they can always generate more.

Also in play could be wash trades trying to find where retail interest is at for PPS. Difficult to believe the current and typical volume is all retail, given the current herd is already drowning in paper.

Wow. Considering two paid Jul promos couldn't get the PPS past 02, aren't expectations for this fraud a little optimistic? True, we have now a forum rumor of IR saying there will be a banana promo in mid-October, but the bait is getting a little moldy. Could become poisonous to the Chinese Masters if they play the wrong game. Careful.

Note to the IR dept: Telling one or few shareholders some wonderful promo event will occur in a defined time period, while not announcing the same to the market in a PR, could be considered divulging insider info. Careful.
