There is honestly no way to prove whether or not those two sales were wash trades. It's nothing more than an opinion.
With the OS nearly doubling since February, there is no need to "shake shares". They are not limited and not in high demand, plus the last thing the company would want to do is compete with itself.
We will know shortly if the OS is incrementally increasing, and it's an obvious fact there isn't enough at stake to manipulate the stock down, it's been doing that just fine on its own.
