The great thing for insiders (not so much for longs) is that their millions of dollars in compensation will convert to some sizable amounts of shares, now that the bar has been set lower.... Remember how fast SFMIs share structure ballooned after it dropped to .01 and lower? Remember my warnings back then?

With discounts, i bet they are issuing shares around .008 of lower now. Do the simple math.
