I am totally against equity issuance period for the foreseeable future. I guess there will come a time when the stock is way overvalued and equity makes sense (but I will be long gone as will most of us so who cares). But it is foolish for Dan to speak of it now. I believe Dan was saying that this would be a floor to measure collateral for a convertible loan but then again I would be against this also, I think we can achieve better terms as we move forward especially after EC's involvement.
